Create a free EmailJS account
Go to emailjs.com → sign up free (200 emails/month) → connect Gmail or Outlook as an Email Service → create a template using: {{to_name}}{{to_email}}{{task_name}}{{client_name}}{{priority}}{{assigned_by}}

Paste your EmailJS credentials
Find these in your EmailJS dashboard under Account → API Keys.
Email addresses are set per team member on the Team members tab.

If you see the same person listed twice, click this to remove duplicates. Keeps the record with Admin role.
